Match the thickness you wear. Not sure, or still healing? Ask a piercer to check the fit.

How to check from the hole to the edge
For a hoop that wraps around an ear or nostril edge, hold a ruler beside the skin. Use a mirror or ask someone to help. Read from the hole to the edge the hoop goes around. This is a rough check, not the exact ring size. Ask a piercer to check the fit.
Do not press on your skin or put a ruler in the hole. Do not take out healing jewellery to measure it.

This sits under the middle of the nose. Check the width inside a ring that fits. Shaped rings may have a different inside height. Ask a piercer if you are not sure.
