How Do I Return My Order for an Exchange/Refund?
Returns policy: We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original, unopened sterile packaging. If the sterile seal is broken we cannot accept the return unless the item is faulty. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method, with the original shipping fee deducted from the refund.

We cannot cancel orders due to a change of mind. If you need to correct details such as the delivery address, contact us by email or live chat as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed, which can happen within 24 hours of placement, or once the parcel is in transit.

Your shipping confirmation email contains a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You can also log in to your account, go to My Orders and open the tracking link for your order.

Yes. Most of our piercing jewellery and earrings are made from implant-grade titanium and supplied in sterilised, sealed pouches for hygiene and safety.

We recommend insuring valuable items, as it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the return arrives undamaged.

Yes. Exchanges are available within the 30-day window for unopened, unworn items in their sealed sterile packaging. Contact us with your order number and the item you’d like instead and we’ll guide you through the process.

Once our returns department receives your item, refunds are typically processed within around 3 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, or your exchange will be dispatched.

We ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours (1 working day), though during busy periods dispatch can take up to 3 working days. Delivery is by 2nd Class, which typically takes 2-3 working days after dispatch.

We dispatch all orders by 2nd Class (typically 2-3 working days after dispatch). We don’t offer a separate guaranteed next-day or expedited service at this time. Orders over £40 qualify for free UK delivery; orders under £40 are charged a flat £2.95.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to update the address. Once the postage label has been printed or the parcel is in transit, the address can’t be changed.
