Diamond-look nose rings combine the brilliance of precision-cut cubic zirconia (CZ) stones with the safety of implant-grade titanium (ASTM F136). CZ gems are lab-created stones that replicate the sparkle, clarity and fire of natural diamonds at a fraction of the cost — and because they are set into medical-grade titanium rather than gold-plated or sterling silver settings, they are completely hypoallergenic and safe for even the most sensitive nostril and septum piercings.
This collection features CZ-set nose rings in a variety of styles: hinged segment rings with front-facing gem clusters, seamless hoops with inset stones, septum clickers with decorative CZ pave designs and more. Stones are available in clear (the classic diamond look), as well as coloured CZ options for a more distinctive appearance. Every stone is securely prong-set or bezel-set into the titanium to prevent snagging or loosening during daily wear.
Nose rings with CZ gems are available in 20G (0.8mm) and 18G (1.0mm) for nostril piercings, and 16G (1.2mm) for septum jewellery. Inner diameters range from 6mm for a close-fitting nostril hoop to larger sizes for septum clickers. The titanium base is offered in natural silver, PVD gold, rose gold and black finishes — each paired with clear or coloured CZ for different aesthetic combinations.
Unlike diamond-set jewellery made from gold or platinum, titanium CZ nose rings are lightweight enough for comfortable all-day wear without pulling on the piercing. The implant-grade titanium will not tarnish, corrode or react with skin, and the PVD colour coating — if applied — is bonded at a molecular level and will not chip or flake. This makes CZ titanium nose rings a practical, durable alternative to fine jewellery for piercings.
Care for CZ Nose Rings
To maintain the sparkle of your CZ nose ring, clean periodically with warm soapy water and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or ultrasonic cleaners, which can dull the stone over time. CZ gems are hard-wearing but not as scratch-resistant as natural diamonds, so store separately when not in use.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are diamond nose rings real diamonds?
Most diamond-look nose rings in body jewellery use cubic zirconia (CZ), a lab-created stone that replicates the sparkle and brilliance of natural diamonds. CZ is more durable for daily piercing wear and is set into implant-grade titanium for safety.
Is CZ as sparkly as diamond?
High-quality CZ has comparable brilliance to diamonds and can be difficult to distinguish with the naked eye. CZ actually has slightly more fire (rainbow light dispersion) than natural diamonds.
Will a CZ nose ring tarnish?
The CZ stone itself will not tarnish. When set in implant-grade titanium, the metal setting will also not tarnish, corrode or discolour. Lower-quality settings made from plated metals can tarnish, but titanium will not.
