Really superb quality. The premium implant grade titanium, exactly what I wanted and it lightweight and easy to forget it's in. It arrived sterilised so I could pop it straight in. Bonus points for the recyclable packaging.

Overall really good quality and very comfy to wear. However the fastening was a little fiddly at first, so I’ve knocked off one star. Still, the implant grade titanium and the fact it arrives sterilised in recyclable packaging make it an easy recommend.
