Genuinely fantastic quality. The the implant grade titanium is a big step up from cheaper jewellery and it lightweight and easy to forget it's in. It arrived sterilised so I could pop it straight in. Bonus points for the recyclable packaging.

Overall really good quality and very comfy to wear. However the hinge felt slightly stiff out of the packet, so I’ve knocked off one star. Still, the implant grade titanium and the fact it arrives sterilised in recyclable packaging make it an easy recommend.
