Our Equal Triple Spike Segment Hoop is made from ASTM F136 Implant Grade Titanium. This premium body jewellery is also commonly referred to as a septum clicker, hinged segment hoop or clicker ring.

The detached segment can be reattached or clicked back into the hoop, creating a seamless and continuous ring appearance.
