Every septum clicker at Camden Body Jewellery is made from implant-grade titanium (ASTM F136), the medical-grade alloy that is entirely nickel-free, biocompatible and safe for both fresh and healed septum piercings. The clicker mechanism makes these rings significantly easier to insert and remove than seamless rings or ball closure rings, which is particularly valuable for the septum location.

This collection features septum clickers ranging from plain polished rings to ornate designs with CZ gem pave, opal accents, filigree patterns, beaded edges and decorative front-facing motifs. Septum piercings are standardly pierced at 16G (1.2mm), and all clickers here use that gauge. Septum Clicker Care

Septum piercings heal in approximately 6 to 8 weeks. During healing, clean with sterile saline spray and avoid rotating the jewellery. Once healed, septum clickers can be swapped freely — and the easy click mechanism makes changing jewellery quick and painless.
